Category Manager – Electricals
CPL group are seeking a dedicated Category Manager – Electricals to join our Hardware Haus Limited Lae Branch. As Category Manager-Electricals, you will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability by developing strategic plans for product categories and collaborating with suppliers and other departments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends.
- Devise long term development strategies for product categories.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of experience in retail category management, preferably within the hardware, home improvement, or similar industries.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
