Chief Executive Officer
Head Hunters is seeking a commercially astute, transformation-focused Chief Executive Officer for our client (National Banking Corporation Limited) who is a Papua New Guinea-owned and led commercial bank to lead NBCL through its next phase of growth, digital modernization and IPO preparation.
Responsibilities
The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership across commercial performance, governance, risk, digital transformation and organizational capability. A central mandate of this role is preparing the bank for successful public listing – strengthening governance frameworks, financial discipline, regulatory compliance, investor readiness and overall market credibility.
Requirements:
- 20+ years’ senior leadership experience in banking or financial services experience leading large-scale organizational transformation.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Finance or similar) and professional certifications (CPA, CFA or governance/risk credentials) will be highly regarded.
