Digicel Pacific are now seeking an experienced and qualified Chief Executive Officer – Digicel Foundation to join their team, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement high-quality programs and projects along to achieve the Foundation’s short-term and long-term objectives.
• Operational Management: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with organizational policies and the overall strategy and mission.
• Governance and Financial Oversight: Manage the Foundation’s fiscal activities, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing, to ensure financial health and sustainability. Provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CEO or in other senior managerial positions.
• Master’s degree in business administration or relevant field is preferred.
• Strong background in community development or community investment program within the private sector and/or in Community development.
