The Commercial Manager is a commercially focused leader responsible for strengthening business performance across sales, administration, systems, and reporting. Key responsibilities include overseeing sales and branch administration, managing pricing and contracts, driving ERP system development and supporting business performance reporting.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a senior commercial, sales, operations, or business management role, with the ability to lead sales and branch administration teams
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, contracts management, business reporting, and performance monitoring.
- Demonstrated ability to manage systems, processes, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ERP system ownership or development.
