Head Hunters is seeking a Commercial Manager – Mining for KMHL to progress investment opportunities (acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships). Kumul Mineral Holdings Limited (KMHL) is a major PNG mining-sector player with a growth mandate, securing the State’s interests through strong commercial assessment and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
The Commercial Manager builds and assesses an investment pipeline (risk review and valuation) and provides recommendations to the Board. The role leads to acquisition and joint-venture execution through due diligence and strong governance, while tracking market trends and managing key stakeholders to support mining-sector growth.
Requirements:
- Degree in Mining Engineering, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline (required)
- Postgraduate qualification (MBA, Finance, or Commercial) is advantageous.
- 10 years’ experience in mining, corporate development, or finance
