Responsibilities:
- Oversee statutory reporting for KPHL and subsidiaries and update the Board and Executive on regulatory changes.
- Provide governance and administrative support to the Chairman and Board.
- Prepare Board agendas, coordinate briefings, and issue Board papers on time.
- Facilitate annual performance reviews for the Board, Committees, and Directors.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in law, Commerce, Business Administration or related field is essential, with recognised governance body membership (essential).
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role within the resource industry and multinational workspace.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior executives.
- High cultural awareness and ability to operate effectively within Papua New Guinea’s business and regulatory environment.
