Tower Insurance has an ambitious and exciting Pacific growth strategy and now has a new opportunity for a Country Manager to head up its PNG business. As the figure head for PNG, you will be responsible for growing its PNG business by leading and developing the PNG team to deliver amazing experiences to customers and distribution partners. This is an influential role which requires a truly collaborative, ‘big picture’ individual; you will have a network of talented peers located throughout the Pacific and report through to the Regional GM based in Vanuatu.

Job requirements

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Proven exceptional leadership capability to inspire and lead a high performing team to deliver results
• Exceptional relationship skills to ensure the Tower Pacific strategy is delivered, understood and bought to life
• Significant experience in insurance management and operational experience
• Multi-channel distribution experience across direct, banks/partners and brokers
