Country Program Manager

Plan International Pacific is seeking to hire a full time Country Program Manager, who will lead Operational Management of Plan’s presence in Bougainville PNG, lead on program and partnership management, lead with people management, lead in program financial and risk management. Has to establish, maintain and strengthen stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Ensures that Plan International’s global policies for Safeguarding Children and Young People
• Gender Equality and Inclusion are fully embedded in accordance with the principles and requirements of the policy across the Bougainville
• The role reports to Pacific Programme Director based in Fiji.

Requirements

• Masters or advanced degree in any social science or development area or its equivalent in years of experience
• At least 7 years of program and project management experience
• Demonstrated experience in developing and writing proposals
