As Dealer Financial Markets, your role is critical in driving Westpac PNG’s Financial Markets activities. You will ensure effective execution of strategies, maintain compliance, and build strong client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to support the bank’s overall objectives.

What are my key areas of focus?

Your focus will include:
•    Marketing and transacting FX and money market products
•    Managing a portfolio of customers to meet budget targets
•    Supporting client meetings and deal execution
•    Delivering expert advice on FX and money market products
•    Providing market insights and regulatory guidance
•    Building strong relationships with new and existing clients
•    Meeting financial benchmarks and service agreements
•    Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligations
•    Collaborating with internal stakeholders to grow market share

What do I need?

You should possess strong customer service, sales, and communication skills, along with a willingness to learn. A solid understanding of FX markets is highly preferred. Additionally, you must be able to manage multiple stakeholders effectively while maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion.
