Vanguard International is seeking an experienced Director of Corporate Services for its client, Central Provincial Health Authority (CPHA). This critical role provides strategic leadership and drives operational excellence in health service delivery. CPHA is committed to delivering quality, accessible, and inclusive healthcare services across Central Province.
Responsibilities:
The Director Corporate Services will lead and oversee key corporate functions, including finance, HR, assets, payroll, contracts, procurement, compliance, and performance reporting, while providing strategic advice to the CEO and Executive Management to support effective service delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s in management, Public Administration, Health Administration, Human Resource Management, Accountancy or similar
- Masters in business administration, Health Administration or similar would be an advantage
- Minimum of 8 years’ executive management experience in the public or private sector
