- Providing Ethical Leadership and Management of Corporate Function and its Operational Activities.
- Establishing Corporate Governance Knowledge to streamline Health Finance, Human and Material resources including facilities and Logistics.
- Develop Standards for best corporate practices in Policy Planning, Budget Monitoring, Financial management, Human Resources, and procurements
Requirements
- Must possess Masters or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public Policy Management or health management.
- More than six years’ experience in health sector management of which two or three years involvement in Corporate Management, Project Management, and senior executive management roles.
- Knowledge of government finances, procumbent and human resources procedures.
