Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate & Governance, the Director Human Resources will lead the Human Resources function and play a critical role in delivering high-quality HR services, strengthening Organisational capability, and ensuring ICAC attracts, develops and retains a workforce of the highest integrity.
Requirements:
- Must have 7 years’ experience in a senior management or leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, corporate administration, organisational psychology, or a related field, with more than 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, organisational development, and HR systems, including payroll and HRIS.
