Head of Corporate Banking
Head Hunters is seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of Corporate Banking (HCB) for our client National Banking Corporation to lead and grow their Corporate Banking Division. You will oversee key corporate relationships, develop tailored financial solutions, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
The Head of Corporate Banking will develop and execute the Corporate Banking strategy, identify and capture growth opportunities across key sectors, build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and foster accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ corporate banking experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership role.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA or equivalent) are highly regarded.
- Deep understanding of banking products, credit structures, and treasury solutions
