Responsibilities:
- Consistently drive Sales results through regular Sales meeting and activities
- Supervise and guide team members towards maximum performance
- Visit customers to correctly identify and demonstrate products in-house and on-site.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or related field
- Proven experience as Retail Manager or in other Managerial position (Sales & Customer Service), Agriculture and or Industrial knowledge an advantage
- Knowledge of retail management best practices and the ability to teach others
