Managing Director
Kumul Petroleum Holdings Limited is seeking an accomplished Managing Director to lead the organisation through its next phase of strategy, governance and growth. The Managing Director will provide strategic and operational leadership across KPHL, chair the Executive Committee, and drive performance, commercial outcomes and organisational capability.
Responsibilities
The Managing Director will execute Board-approved strategy, annual plans and budgets, driving long-term value creation and financial sustainability, lead and chair the Executive Committee, ensuring effective coordination across all divisions and build and maintain high-trust relationships with government, joint venture partners, regulators, financiers, communities and landowners.
Requirements:
- 15–20 years’ senior executive leadership experience in large, complex organisations within energy, resources, infrastructure or similar capital-intensive sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering, Law or a related discipline; Postgraduate qualifications such as an MBA are well regarded.
- Significant experience in oil and gas, energy or related industries, including exposure to projects, operations, commercial or financial management.
- Strong experience managing joint ventures, partnerships and complex stakeholder relationships, including Boards and government.
