Job description:

The role supports national workforce development, training plans, mentoring and competency verification.

Candidates with relevant qualifications and workforce training experience are encouraged to view the full requirements.

Key requirements:

• Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resource Management, Education, Training and Development, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Additional certifications/registration: Recognised workplace training/assessment certification where assessing competency; offshore survival, HUET and medical clearance if deployed offshore.
• Experience in national workforce development, competency plans and local participation.
• National workforce plans, competency frameworks and training needs analysis.
• Coordinate local workforce development, mentoring and competency verification.
