Job Description
TWL seeks an Operations Manager to optimize nationwide transport operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance. The role oversees prime mover hauling and in-field support for major energy projects, including Santos and EMPNG LNG. Based in Lae, TWL Trucking is a leading PNG provider with regional bases supporting project-load haulage and logistics.
Responsibilities
The Operations Manager develops operational strategy and oversees daily trucking (dispatch, tracking, and load planning). This role leads drivers and logistics staff to meet client, safety, and regulatory requirements, while managing budgets and client relationships and coordinating across departments to deliver strong performance and SHEQ compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Proven experience with Managing Tier One Companies’ Trucking & Logistics Operations.
- 5+ years’ experience in Transportations Operations Management or similar Management Roles
