Fubilan Catering Services is seeking a new operations manager to supervise its catering operations in Tabubil.

Fubilan Catering Services is a Contractor to OK Tedi Mining Ltd, situated in Tabubil, Western Province. It provides catering, hospitality and accommodation services to its clients in Tabubil as well as Port Moresby.

The company has an immediate vacancy for its Operations Manager overseeing its catering operations in Tabubil. This position is open to PNG Nationals only.

General duties of the position

The Operations Manager during his/her course of employment will be reporting to the Project Manager of FCS and in particular will be

• Responsible for all FCS catering operations
• Ensure all FCS front line employees, supervisors & department managers adhere to company policies & procedures
• Maintain good working relationship with client, liaise on a regular basis to ensure high client customer satisfaction

Job requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor of Hospitality Management or equivalent
• 5+ years in the Catering Management roles
• Must have Class6 PNG driving License
