Operations Manager – Civil and Infrastructure Projects

Responsibilities:

• Work with the GM Operations and Operations Managers to achieve sales targets, improve loan quality, improve customer service and build a rapport with key stakeholders in both Government and Private Sectors in Port Moresby.
• Implement new Employer Agreements with specific private companies.
• Manage and motivate the sales staff to achieve individual and teams’ overall sales performance;

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or mining services.
• At least 5 years in senior project management or operations leadership roles.

• Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
