Executive Security System Limited is seeking applications for the above role.

The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure sound financial operations within the finance/accounting department in the company.

The successful candidates’ key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Monitoring the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
• Monitor and manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition
• Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
• Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
• Track the company’s financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement

Job Requirements

Ideal candidates must be qualified accountants, have at least 3 years local accounting experience, or 5 years in accounting and management role. This position is Lae based and requires the candidate to be CPA PNG qualified. Additional advantage if they have prior experience in the security industry.
