Senior Human Resources Manager
Head Hunters is looking for a highly accomplished and strategic Senior Human Resources Manager to lead and implement people strategies that align with National Banking Corporations’ long-term business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR frameworks, talent acquisition strategies, leadership development, and culture transformation.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Human Resources Manager will provide high-level advice to the CEO and Board on all people and culture matters, lead transformation projects and change management efforts to ensure long-term sustainability, develop and implement innovative Talent & Culture strategies to align with business goals and manage HR budgets, including payroll, training costs, and employee benefits.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or a related field. Post Grad quals an advantage.
- 10 +years of management experience, with ideally at least 5+ in a Senior HRM position.
- Experience in the banking and financial sector is preferred.
