Job Description:
Unitech is seeking individuals, individual consultants, and firms to oversee all construction activities on site, representing both Unitech and Incentive Fund. The position will be on a 12-month fixed contract.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management, including proactive risk management, of the building contractor to ensure delivery meets time, quality, and budget requirements.
- Effective management of WHS and safeguards in relation to the dormitory project.
- Effective leadership and management of contractor and subcontractors to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area such as: Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Significant professional experience in infrastructure project delivery/management.
