DHL Global Forwarding has appointed Skerry Palanga as Country Manager, Papua New Guinea. He was formerly National Operations Manager with DHL.

Two executive managers have been appointed to lead Air Niugini’s Information Technology (IT) and Customer Affairs departments. They are Wendy Henao, who takes charge of the IT department, and Peter Dokta, who takes up customer affairs. Henao has been with Air Niugini IT department for 29 years, while Dokta has been with Air Niugini for 14 years.

The Secretary General of the PNG Olympic Committee, Auvita Rapilla, has been elected to the Olympic Ethics Committee, for a four-year term.
