The Asian Development Bank has appointed Ma Carmela Locsin as the new Director General for its Pacific department.
The Asian Development Bank has appointed Ma. Carmela Locsin as the new Director General for its Pacific department. She replaces outgoing Director General Xianbin Yao. She was previously Director General, Sustainable Development and Climate Change Department with the ADB.
