Credit Corporation chief executive Peter Aitsi has been appointed to the boards of Credit Corporation finance companies operating in Fiji and the Solomon Islands. Sir Wilson Kamit, CBE, and Allan Marlin have resigned from the board of Credit Corporation.
The following independent directors have been appointed: Richard Sinamoi, James Byron Kruse, Michael Varapik and Sydney George Yates.
