Australia upgrades Pacific Minister position.
The new Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, has appointed Steven Ciobo as Minister for International Development and the Pacific, an upgrading of the position from parliamentary secretary under former Prime Minister, Tony Abbott.
