Accounting and consultancy firm EY (formerly known as Ernst and Young) has appointed Colin Milligan as a tax partner in its Papua New Guinea office. Milligan joins EY with more than 25 years of tax advisory experience within the professional services industry, including more than 10 years in PNG.
