Munro and Kay switch to Oil Search
Ian Munro, previously Vice President Commercial and Environment—Browse LNG Development at Woodside Petroleum, will join Oil Search Ltd as Executive General Manager Gas Business Development on 26 August.
Munro will be joined by Matt Kay, who will become Oil Search’s new Executive General Manager Commercial in January 2014. Kay was previously Vice President Corporate Development and Upstream Commercial at Woodside.
‘Their appointment will bring considerable intellect and experience to our Management Team, as we continue to prepare the Company to further develop our LNG business, manage our expanding operational and corporate responsibilities and wisely use our growing production and cash flow base,’ said Oil Search’s Managing Director Peter Botten in a statement.
