Gold miner St Barbara has appointed Bob Bassie as its new Managing Director and CEO, replacing Tim Lehany, who steps down at the end of June.

The O’Neill Government has appointed Malakai Tabar as its new Transport Minister. He replaces Ano Pala, who has been appointed Attorney-General and Justice Minister, as reported last week.
