Kina Petroleum’s Australian based secretarial responsibilities will be assumed by Alex Mitchell, the company’s Chief Financial Officer.
Kina Petroleum’s Australian-based secretarial responsibilities will be assumed by Alex Mitchell, the company’s Chief Financial Officer. He takes over this function from Shane Hartwig, who will continue to provide support to Kina. Peter Impey remains the company’s PNG-based company secretary.
