Directors retire from Oil Search board, Kina Securities appoints a new non-Executive Director, and the new Vice-Chancellor of the University of Natural Resources and Environment arrives

Oil Search has announced the retirement of Directors Bart Philemon and Ziggy Switkowski. They will be replaced by Mel Togolo (Country Manager for Nautilus Minerals) and former board member, Fiona Harris.

Oil Search has also appointed new members to its board committee level. They are CPA Richard Kuna, BSP’s company secretary Mary Johns, and Serena Sasingian Sumanop who is the principal legal officer of the Department of Justice and Attorney General.

Kina Securities has appointed Karen Smith-Pomeroy as a non-Executive Director to the board. She is currently a non-Executive Director of Queensland Treasury Corporation, Stanwell Corporation Limited, InFocus Wealth Management Group and National Affordable Housing Consortium.

The new Vice-Chancellor of the Papua New Guinea University of Natural Resources and Environment, Professor John Warren, has arrived in PNG.
