To lead, coach and manage direct reports within the allocated team and geographic areas of responsibility. Achievement sales budget / target and ensure efficient and effective utilisation of CCA Company assets. Increase operational efficiencies via Sales Call rates, equipment scanning. Continuously improve market place merchandising standards as measured by Survey Scorecards. CCA’s vision and values are at the core of all that they do and the language and behaviours are integral to the success of self and team

Reports Directly to: Regional Sales Manager

Responsibilities

- Embed safety into all aspects of workplace
Job requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business or similar
- Demonstrated understanding of key drivers of improving Sales performance within geographic area.
- 3 – 5 years’ experience in sales
