The ANGAU Memorial General Hospital is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide leadership and strategic direction

The hospital, located in Lae, is the second largest in Papua New Guinea and is the major referral hospital in the Momase Region. The hospital is undergoing a major multi-million kina upgrade. Job Requirements:

Applicants must be able to demonstrate;

• Possession of post-graduate qualifications in Health Administration, Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy Management or Law;
• Minimum of 10 years’ demonstrated management and leadership experience in public or commercial institutions with commensurate responsibilities and performance requirements;
• Strong people management and consultation skills and the ability to operate effectively and sensitively within a diverse cultural environment;
