Digicel PNG is seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Executive to supervise and train junior finance office staff in ensuring all finance functions are executed efficiently
Key responsibilities
- Reconcile daily roadshow stocks and cash by reviewing opening stock and sales vs closing returned stock. Further review against expected sales and any variances to be flagged on immediately to the general manager;
- Bank daily takings from roadshow sales and cash signed cheques;
- Create sales and cash receipts batch in Great Plains (GP) System on a daily basis and forward supporting sales details to finance manager in POM to verify and post;
Requirements
- Degree/diploma is business, accounting or a related field
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role
- Good communication and customer service skills
