The Kumul Consolidated Holdings (KCH) Board is inviting exceptional candidates to apply for the role of Managing Director.

Reporting to the Board of KCH, the Managing Director is responsible for setting the culture of KCH, developing the strategy and direction for the organization, and leading the senior management to effectively manage the financial and physical resources, including human capital of the organization.

Your visionary leadership, problem solving and strong financial acumen will enable you to effectively manage a multi-faceted business, in line with reform and strategic planning initiatives to ensure the optimisation of individual SOE’s and their strategic high impact investments.

To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, decisive, analytical and a strong communicator. Your prior experience in change management and developing empowered and high performing teams in large, diversified Private or State-Owned sectors will be well regarded.

Job requirements

• Post Graduate business and management tertiary qualifications
• Minimum of 10 years executive management experience
• Demonstrated strategic planning that delivered reform, restructure and change management outcomes
• Have a strong history in business management experience with a proven track record of real results in a major private sector and/or commercial organization
