PNGJobSeek’s client has a vacancy for a suitably qualified manager to lead and manager its PNG program.

Our client seeks an experience and qualified Senior Manager to lead and manage its PNG program and work effectively with partners, communities and stakeholders within PNG and contribute nationally.

Key responsibilities

Reporting directly to the PNG Program lead based in the UK, the Senior Manager in PNG will have strong management and leadership skills. Must have proven experience of running teams both in the office and in the field and will be responsible for all aspects of the organisation’s partnerships with local communities and NGOs in PNG.

Requirements

• A qualification or experience in Conservation, Biology, Management, Business Administration or related subject to compliment the essential degree or experience listed above
• Experience working with and following procedures public organisations such as National and Local Level Governments and Administrative offices, CCDA, CEPA among others
• A working knowledge of monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), experience leading international development projects and working with NGOs or charities will put you at a distinct advantage
