Since June 2014, Papua New Guinea business has been experiencing significant delays in obtaining foreign exchange.

In the past six months, both the central bank and the country’s retail banks have been indicating the situation for foreign exchange has improved, thanks in part to improved export revenues and last year’s inaugural sovereign bond.
