Assistant Branch Manager

Brian Bell Group is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in ensuring effective wholesaling, distribution and retailing of agricultural products, expediting excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and managing team – Port Moresby based.

 

Responsibilities

  • Promote & embody Brian Bell’s visions & values amongst team members and customers alike.
  • Support the BM to carry out daily operations of the branch, ensuring sales, inventory, security, warehousing and customer service functions are maintained to a high standard.
  • Assume acting Branch Manager role with day-to-day operations and team management in the absence of the Branch Manager

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Agriculture / Science / Business Management or similar, would be an advantage
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Supervisor
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the agricultural sector dealing with agricultural inputs and machinery, would be an advantage.
