DT Global DT is hiring a seasoned Bougainville Program Manager to lead program delivery, stakeholder engagement, and on-the-ground coordination in Bougainville.

Responsibilities:

• TSSP3 operates the Bougainville Project Management Office (BPMO) as part of the broader Roads Team.
• The BPMO works closely with the Autonomous Region of Bougainville’s (ARoB) Department of Infrastructure and Utilities (DIU) to maintain and improve roads and bridges in Bougainville.
• The BPMO is led by the Bougainville Lead and has approximately twenty staff and operates in two locations within Bougainville, Buka and Arawa.

 Requirements:

• Tertiary qualifications in International Relations, Business Management or Human Resource Management and/or a related discipline (preferred but not essential)
• At least 5 years’ experience working in project management and / or operations roles on donor funded programs within the Asia-Pacific region, including team leadership experience in complex, multi-disciplinary, cross-cultural contexts
• Outstanding cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to quickly establish credibility
