Responsibilities
- Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
- Manage and support branch personnel in accordance with company policies, including performance monitoring and attendance.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring service satisfaction and handling queries effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management or related field
- Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing or Business.
- Secondary School completion (Grade 10 or 12)
