Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) is looking for an experienced CEO.

Nambawan Super (the Fund), a PNG defined contribution superannuation fund, has the sole purpose of investing amounts contributed by or on behalf of Members for their retirement. A Fund created by the people of PNG for the people of PNG, the Fund is PNG’s largest, longest serving and most trusted superannuation fund today.

NSL is now seeking to appoint a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO), to oversee all strategic initiatives and business aspects of the company. The CEO will lead the company effectively in pursuing its vision of success, and in developing and executing strategic imperatives agreed by the Board. The role calls for a proven leader known for engaging stakeholders and inspiring management and staff to achieve outcomes and share accountability.

Your background in funds management and financial services is complemented by deep investment knowledge and strong financial management. Your focus on
continued improvement leads to business growth and enhanced client/member experience. A clear strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, you have strong
commercial acumen and a member-centric mindset. You are a people leader with clear communication and unquestionable ethics and values.

Evidence of successful implementation of organisation-wide transition and a proven track record of leading a high-performance organisational culture, are also
required.

This is the opportunity to lead the largest fund in PNG to its next milestones of growth. The appointee will reside in Port Moresby.
