Digicel are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join their Human Resources Department. Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Learning & Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development of staff across Digicel PNG, based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities:

• Source, train and develop L&D staff to the level which will enable them to drive the L&D agenda in PNG.
• Conduct a TNA frequently with Managers within the business and develop training solutions, which are in line with the core requirements, enabling Digicel PNG to grow and develop.
• Source external course solutions to meet training requirements which cannot be fulfilled internally

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a behavioural field (such as Education, Training & Development, OD or HR)
• Proven experience in planning, designing, and delivery training – end-to-end training management skills
• Expertise in development, implementing and managing multi-functional training solutions
