Anitua Group are now seeking to employ an experienced Learning and Development Manager based in Lihir Island, New Ireland Province.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, consultations with line managers in line with Company’s strategic and operational plans,
• Source L&D solutions for the Anitua Group, including coaching, mentoring, on-the-job training, and e-learning platforms.
• Develop a talent management program to coordinate the movement of high potential employees and succession planning for employees.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology, Human Resource, Business Management, or Education with at least 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience in successfully implementing, and managing the Apprenticeship, Graduates Development, Industrial, On-the-job programs
• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills and proven track record of developing close partnerships with key stakeholders and clients within an organisation.
