Marie Stopes Papua New Guinea is seeking a strong, self-driven and collaborative rounder to be the Project Manager (SPM) managing its major project titled Partnering for Stronger Families (PSF). Port Moresby based.
Responsibilities.
- Based on the capacity assessment for key stakeholders, revise existing plans to suit the current capacity building needs, plan and deliver capacity building support in consultation with the Projects Director and the support from the Channel Managers.
- Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project and program team.
- Facilitate effective communication between all internal and external stakeholders, MSPNG, and MSI involved in the PSF project and other funded projects in the country.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or substantial work experience in a relevant field (Project Management, Health Management, Public Health, Finance/Commerce, etc.).
- Post-graduate qualification in a relevant field (desirable).
