The Brian Bell Group (BBG) have an immediate requirement for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team in Port Moresby. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a senior HR leader responsible for strategically managing the acquisition, development, and engagement of talent across Brian Bell Group.

Responsibilities.

Lead, coach, and develop teams through visible, hands-on supervision and training.
Uphold safe work practices, methods, and procedures in line with OHS policies.
Ensure compliance with RSPO principles and best practices.

Requirements

Tertiary qualification in Agriculture (or related discipline).
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable plantation/operations management role, or equivalent management experience.
