The Brian Bell Group (BBG) have an immediate requirement for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Human Resources team in Port Moresby. The Talent Acquisition Manager is a senior HR leader responsible for strategically managing the acquisition, development, and engagement of talent across Brian Bell Group.
Responsibilities.
- Lead, coach, and develop teams through visible, hands-on supervision and training.
- Uphold safe work practices, methods, and procedures in line with OHS policies.
- Ensure compliance with RSPO principles and best practices.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Agriculture (or related discipline).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable plantation/operations management role, or equivalent management experience.
