Muralee Siva has resigned as CEO of PNG Air after more than five years in the role. He was appointed CEO in November 2012. Chief Commercial Officer Paul Abbot will be acting CEO until the appointment of a permanent CEO.

The President of the PNG Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc, John Leahy, has stepped down for family reasons.  Vice President, Ian Tarutia, will be taking over until a new President is elected at the 2018 Annual General Meeting.

The National Executive Council has approved the reappointment of David Wereh as Works Secretary for another four-year term.
