Airlines PNG has announced that Murray Woo is the new chairman of the board of Directors, after the resignation of Simon Wild.

InterOil has appointed Dr Ellis Armstrong, former chief financial officer of BP Group’s global exploration and production business, as a non-executive director. Katherine Hirschfeld, a former Australasian BP oil and gas executive, has also joined the board.
