The CEO to the fishing organisation, the Parties to the Nauru Agreement, to step down and Hayward-Jones leaves the Lowy Institute.
Transform Aqorau, who has guided the Parties to the Nauru Agreement as its Chief Executive for over six years, is to step down from his post. A new chief executive officer is expected to be selected at the PNA annual meeting early next week in Kiribati. Dr Aqorau says he will stay on for a transition period, and then anticipates continuing to assist the PNA in a consulting role.

Jenny Hayward-Jones has resigned as Director of the Myer Foundation Melanesia Program at the Lowy Institute for International Policy. She will retain an association with the Institute as a Nonresident Fellow.
